About Me

I am a passionate nutrition and lifestyle coach.

I live and breathe what I teach.

I would love to support you on your journey to optimal health.

I have been on my own journey to health and vitality, and this really accelerated with my education at Integrative Institute of Nutriton. I completed my health coaching certification in 2016 with IIN. 

I have been coaching in a 1:1 capacity since, and working in group coaching and corporate wellness. 

In 2021 I started studying again, this time towards a Bachelor of Natural Medicine. I am currently a forth year student and completing my degree in 2025.

In 2024 I launched my signature 21 Day Detox and Re-Balance program, a whole food based meal plan with support and guidance from me. This has proven to be a sucessful program for increasing energy, improving sleep, optimising gut health, improving mood and supporting weight loss. 

I enjoy working with Look Good Feel Better NZ, facilitating their Mindfulness classes, holding Skincare and Make-up workshops for women and teens.

I also regularly host and create wellness events including Teen Nutrition, Puberty and Low and No-Tox beauty. I also host a regular signature event Women's Self-care Sundays with Sarah Tanner. Keep an eye on socials for upcoming events.
